About Mhairi
Mhairi grew up in Dundee and is an only child - hence the slight spoiltness at times!
Every Saturday would be spent with her Dad, following Dundee FC all over Scotland - this was always her favourite part of the week - but only if Dundee won!
She grew up with all her friends in Whitburn Place and they soon showed her the ropes when she turned 18, taking her into the famous Mardi Gras every week!
Mhairi moved away from Dundee in 2006 to move in with Nikki and has loved every second of being in Edinburgh - although she does miss shopping in Primark with her Mum!
Mhairi and Nikki are proud parents to their Field Spaniel, Rocky.
He is their Pride and Joy but sadly won't be at the wedding :-( He had a bow tie ready and everything!
In her spare time, Mhairi loves being with Nikki and Rocky, sleeping (what an exciting hobby!) and shopping. She also likes reading and is addicted to watching DVDs - the same ones over and over again, much to the confusion of Nikki!
Mhairi can't wait to see her Dad's face when she comes down the stairs wearing her Wedding Dress for the first time.....or hearing his Speech which I'm sure will be entertaining!!

Growing up, Nikki loved football (firstly Hearts, then saw sense and moved to Rangers!) and played with his mates every day.
Nikki left school at 16 and trained as a Joiner and has been working hard ever since.
Before meeting Mhairi, Nikki loved going out and enjoying his yearly 'Lads Holidays' which saw him going to Portugal and Tenerife amongst others.
Like Mhairi, Nikki loves spending time with Rocky and taking him on big walks in the fields of Niddrie and Craigmillar where Rocky is in his element.
Nikki plays football every Sunday and occasionally 5 a sides during the week also. Still a big Rangers fan and enjoys watching Steven play for Spartans too.
Looks like Nikk is having his Stag Weekend in Sunny Blackpool after all! Get your Superhero costumes at the ready!

How they met
It was fate!! Met in a nightclub and the rest, as they say, is history!
